What Is Agitation Defoamer?
Our Agitation Defoamer is a fast acting liquid defoamer used at pump-out for preventing and reducing foaming during liquid manure handling, increasing slurry tank capacity and overall pumping efficiency.
Agitation Defoamer Trials
Trial 1: Foaming was causing a slight issue by reducing total tanker capacity. Tanker had a maximum capacity of 9500 gallons.
Trial 2: Manure pumper had a serious issue with foaming. The foam would not go through the lines and needed to be drained after every load. Total capacity of 7500 gallons.
Agitation Defoamer decreased foaming formation considerably in both situations, even in scenarios where improvement was considered unlikely compared to Diesel Fuel.
